In our Denver neighborhoods, that means the small, independent businesses—the ones that remember your name, support local causes, and quietly keep the community stitched together.

This isn’t a directory or another stack of ads. It’s a curated neighborhood passport designed to turn awareness into action, real visits, repeat customers, and stronger connections between residents and the businesses that power the local economy.

The inaugural edition includes 3,000 professionally print passports.

2,000 copies will be personally hand-delivered by The Block team to homes throughout Virginia Village—no postage, no mass mailers, and no wasted distribution.
1,000+ copies will be distributed through participating businesses, helping place passports directly into the hands of engaged customers.

Why only 3,000 copies?

Quality matters. The Block is printed as a premium, full-color passport designed to be something residents want to keep and use—not a disposable flyer.

Printing high-quality passports is a significant investment, and limiting the initial run allows us to achieve meaningful neighborhood coverage while keeping participation affordable for local small businesses.

Can additional copies be distributed?

Yes! Participating businesses, apartment communities, and consumers can purchase additional passports after the initial distribution, helping extend the reach of The Block well beyond the original 3,000 copies. As awareness grows and more passports change hands, your business continues to gain exposure throughout the season.

Marketing Kit

In addition to your passport loyalty stamp, you will receive a supply of passports for your own promotional purposes.

As this is something that is only shared with The Block participants, we encourage you to create awareness with your fellow participants by including a special offer that will be delivered along with the marketing kit.

The Block isn’t another piece of forgettable mail headed straight for the recycling bin. It’s a thoughtfully designed neighborhood passport people will actually want to keep, use, and bring with them as they explore the businesses that make this community special.

Our inaugural edition will include 2,000 hand-delivered copies delivered directly to Virginia Village residents — your neighbors, nearby homeowners, and the exact people most likely to become loyal customers.

Beyond direct neighborhood delivery, each participating business will also receive its own supply of passports to share in-store, at events, and through their own promotions. Altogether, total distribution will exceed 3,000 copies, creating repeated visibility, more foot traffic, and meaningful exposure that extends well beyond a single visit.
