The Block was built on a simple idea: the places we walk past every day are what make a neighborhood feel like home.

In our Denver neighborhoods, that means the small, independent businesses—the ones that remember your name, support local causes, and quietly keep the community stitched together.

This isn’t a directory or another stack of ads. It’s a curated neighborhood passport designed to turn awareness into action, real visits, repeat customers, and stronger connections between residents and the businesses that power the local economy.

Personally distributed door to door by us; no postage, no waste. An additional 1,000+ copies will be distributed to participating businesses.

Why 3,000? These are high-quality professionally printed passports, and they aren't cheap! This number of passports allows us to have a significant distribution while balancing the cost for small businesses.

Curated placement

Your business featured alongside other independent local brands your neighbors love. The passport has something for everyone and will help your neighbors discover what your bring to the neigborhood.

Marketing Kit

In addition to your passport loyalty stamp, you will receive a supply of passports for your own promotional purposes.

As this is something that is only shared with The Block participants, we encourage you to create awareness with your fellow participants by including a special offer that will be delivered along with the marketing kit.

Distribution

The Block isn’t another piece of forgettable mail headed straight for the recycling bin. It’s a thoughtfully designed neighborhood passport people will actually want to keep, use, and bring with them as they explore the businesses that make this community special.

Our inaugural edition will include 2,000 hand-delivered copies delivered directly to Virginia Village residents — your neighbors, nearby homeowners, and the exact people most likely to become loyal customers.

Beyond direct neighborhood delivery, each participating business will also receive its own supply of passports to share in-store, at events, and through their own promotions. Altogether, total distribution will exceed 3,000 copies, creating repeated visibility, more foot traffic, and meaningful exposure that extends well beyond a single visit.
